APICA BYLAWS

On January 8, 2026, APICA convened a special session of the board to review changes to the bylaws. On Feburary 6, 2026, APICA will request general membership to approve these changes. A summary of the amendments and strike throughs are provided on this page for general membership to review.

SUMMARY OF AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS OF THE ASIAN PACIFIC ISLANDER CAPITOL ASSOCIATION

Reviewed by the board on January 8, 2026.

To be voted on by general membership on February 6, 2026.

• Deletes outdated proxy mechanisms no longer needed for board operations and procedures.

• Minor technical changes cleaning up various cross references within the bylaws.
